DineUp is a new economy class dining service that is reliable and caters to the passenger's taste. Enhance your travel experience by pre-ordering your meal from a variety of premium entrées. We already offer high quality food service to hundreds of passengers a day. Now we offer passengers the opportunity to pre-select their meal and ensure their desired dining experience.

You view and select from a menu of chef-designed meals that are available on your flight itinerary. Select and place your order with payment via a major credit or debit card.
The day of the flight your order is prepared and delivered to your plane.
During meal service the flight attendant will serve your premium meal to you in your seat.

Changes and Cancellation

You may change or cancel your DineUp order any time up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. If you want to change your order, just cancel your existing order and place a new one.

If there is a last minute change in your flight itinerary, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order. Please consult our cancellation and refund policies for full details.

Refunds and Feedback

Providing our passengers a quality dining experience is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your DineUp order, please request a refund. At a minimum, we encourage your feedback so that we can serve you better in the future.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • Q. What if I change (miss) my flight? A. If you voluntarily change your flight, just cancel your order at least 48 hours prior to your original scheduled departure time. Thereafter, no cancellations can be processed. If you miss your flight due to an airline error, you are entitled to a full refund by submitting an on-line refund request.
  • Q. What if I change my seat, either before or during my flight? A. Don´t worry...the flight attendant will locate you. But feel free to notify the flight attendant to avoid any delays.
  • Q. What if I upgrade to a higher class of service (that includes meal service)? A. If you upgrade close to departure, unfortunately we will not have time to cancel the order. However, we will locate you and serve the meal to your new seat. If you upgrade more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure time, you can cancel your order for a full refund.
  • Q. What is the latest time I can place an order? A. You can place an order up to 48 hours prior to the flight´s scheduled departure time.
  • Q. It appears that premium meals are offered on my flight, so why can´t I place an order? A. It is likely that your flight is less than 48 hours from scheduled departure, and you have missed the pre-order time requirement, or we have received the maximum number of orders we can offer for that flight.
  • Q. Can I purchase these premium meals onboard? A. No, these premium meals are only available for purchase before departure.

  • Q. What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled? A. If your flight is delayed your order will still be served. If your flight is canceled by the airline your order will be canceled and you will be entitled to a full refund. Unfortunately, orders cannot be transferred to an alternate flight.
  • Q. What if I´m bumped from a flight? A. If you voluntarily change flights within 48 hours of your scheduled departure time, your meal will not be transferred with you. You will forgo your order. However, if you are involuntarily bumped from a flight and rerouted, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Q. Do I get 20% off when using my Delta SkyMiles Credit Card from American Express? A. Cardmembers will receive a 20% savings on eligible pre-purchased meals and in-flight purchases of food, alcoholic beverages, movies, television shows, video games and audio headsets on Delta-operated flights. Savings do not apply to any other in-flight purchases, such as wireless internet access, SkyMall™, Delta DutyFree, and charitable contributions. To receive the savings, Cardmembers must use their Delta SkyMiles Credit Card from American Express to complete the in-flight purchase. Savings will appear as a statement credit 6-8 weeks after the transaction is posted to the Cardmember's Card account. Offer is subject to change without notice.
