The DineUp Policy
You may cancel your dining order up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure time. If you miss your flight due to carrier error, or if we do not accurately deliver your meal, you are entitled to a full refund. Additionally, if you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your meal, you are entitled to a refund.
If you voluntarily change flights within 48 hours of your scheduled departure time, your meal will not be transferred with you. You will forgo your order. However, if you are involuntarily bumped from a flight and rerouted, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you upgrade your class of service on any given flight, the flight attendants will locate you onboard the aircraft and deliver your order to your new seat. If the upgraded seat includes food service, you may choose to cancel your order subject to the 48 hours advance notice requirement to receive a full refund.
Change an Order
If you want to change your order, return to the DineUp site up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure time. You must cancel your existing order and then place a new order for the different entrée choice or changed flight schedule.
Please note, if you change your flight itinerary, your order will not automatically be redirected to your new flight. You must cancel and reorder to receive your meal on the new flight.
Cancel an Order
Full Cancellation: If for any reason you need to cancel your order, enter your order reference number in the box below and click the Cancel & Refund button. If your order is canceled 48 hours prior to the original scheduled departure time, it will be fully refunded to the credit card used to make the purchase.

Partial Cancellation: Partial cancellations may occur when you order meals for two or more flights on a single order. If you need to cancel a piece of your order, and any portion of your flight itinerary has passed the required 48 hours advance notice, you can request a partial refund by clicking on the refund request form.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your DineUp dining experience, or for reasons outlined in the policies above, you may request a refund by clicking on the refund request form. Please be sure to include your order reference number and the reason for your request. You will receive a response within 2 business days.
